Shipping Information
All books are shipped from the United Kingdom.
Shipping prices reflect:
• International postage rates
• Packaging materials
• Time spent signing, packing, and preparing each order
We keep shipping prices as low as possible, but unfortunately international shipping (especially to the USA, Canada, and Australia) is expensive and out of our control.
If shipping seems high for your country, please know we are not profiting from shipping, we use real postal costs, and we ship each one personally by hand!
Customs Import Tax and VAT Disclaimer
For international orders:
Customers are responsible for any:

• Handling fees
• Local VAT or sales tax
These charges are set by your country and are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.
If your parcel is held at customs and a fee is due, this must be paid by the buyer before delivery. We are unable to refund orders that are refused due to customs charges.
For orders to the USA: Recent changes to US import rules mean that even low-value items (including books) may now be subject to customs or processing fees. This is determined by US Customs and Border Protection and is beyond our control as a UK-based seller.
